These portable learning centers helped Cisco customers understand and compare IP Communications to traditional telephony. Before the demo kits, the only way to educate customers at their site was with Powerpoint slide presentations, not real experiences. We also built a fixed location, demonstration center at the local Cisco sales office. The classroom accommodated 20+ IP phones and included demonstrations of IP video and IP Communications applications.
